For rent: this beautiful 6-person "Viva Nueva" apartment in Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava. It is only 5 minutes from the cozy center of Lloret with its many shopping streets and restaurants. It is approximately 150 meters from the splendid boulevard and the beautiful, newly laid out beach of Lloret. The apartment offers all the comforts and luxury, like a satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. A beautiful, very spacious balcony surrounds almost 50% of the apartment. Absolutely worthwhile renting!

This modern apartment is approximately 2 years old. It is stylishly furnished in a modern fashion, and of excellent quality. This applies to the furniture of the bedrooms as well. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with 6 beds in total. There's one double bed and 4 single beds, one of which is a loft bed. The modern kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher and an electric kettle. There's also a washing machine in the house. The spacious living room has an excellent sitting area. Thanks to the satellite TV you don't have to miss any of your favorite programs. The bathroom is also fully-equipped with a bathtub and shower. There are 2 toilets in the house. There is also free WIFI available in this house. There's plenty to see and do on the Costa Brava. It is renowned for its quaint seaside resorts. Fancy a day trip to Barcelona? A fast underground railway departs from Blanes, taking you to the center of Barcelona in less than an hour, where you can visit the Sagrada Familia. What you should not miss, is the cozy and extravagant Ramblas. If you book in early spring and/or winter, you have several winter sport areas in the Pyrenees at 1.5 – 2 hours drive away.

People younger than 25 will only be allowed after consultation and upon payment of an additional € 200.- deposit. Putting up an child bed is possible on request (free of charge). Pets upon request only. Bed linnen can be ordered for €12.50 per person. This includes kitchen- and bathlinnen. Consumption costs will be deducted from deposit. Arrival after  15.00 Departure before 10.00.
