This is an amazing house in the beach of Arenal in Xàbia for 5 people with a communal pool and garden.The house has four bedrooms: two with a double bed (one of them has en suite bathroom) and two with two single beds. In addition there are two more bathrooms. In the bright living-dining room you will be able either to have a nap after spending the morning at the beach, watch TV, or organise a nice dinner with your family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, gas stove, electric oven, fridge, cutlery and a lot more! The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has a fenced garden in front where the kids can play safely while you sunbathe. You can also have a BBQ under the porch! There is a 800 m2 communal pool in the complex where you will be able to meet people and enjoy the sun. Xabia is place rich in culture, history and leisure offer that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. There are many good restaurants and bars that will make you enjoy the fantastic gastronomy of the area. The beach of s’Arenal is the main touristic area due to the fine sand beach and shallow waters. The area of Les Marines is a beach where you will find all the services, including swimming areas for people with reduced mobility, parking, volley field and a lot more!You can also practice water sports such as diving, sailing, parasailing, and other sports like trekking in Montgó Natural Park, playing tennis and golf in La Sella. Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle.
