Description

The villa is composed of two floors and is supplied with air-conditioning and a satellite television. On the ground floor you will find the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a studio couch for two persons and upstairs there is another room furnished with two single beds. Upon request there is the possibility for a spare bed. The villa has a central heating system which means it can be rented in wintertime as well. The services follow the highest standards- the cleaning and sanitary services are provided by specially trained personnel. Upon request there is also the possibility for half or full board at the restaurant. This resort is located 2 km from the city and municipality of Iasi, in northeastern Romania. The resort is situated on a 3 hectare site and is open to Lake Ezareni (47 hectares), a center for relaxation and fun. Here you will find 6 villas and 3 apartments, a restaurant and lots of facilities for sports and amusement. The fun and entertainment possibilities here are the reason why this resort is more unique than any other amusement resort in and around Iasi. Paintball offers a maximum adrenaline rush, with special equipment and a unique field which has been designed by experts. A variety of water sports provide a moment of peace and freedom in the midst of nature.
You might also want to sunbathe on comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. You can enjoy the swimming pools, and for the young ones, a children’s pool is available.

During the summer there can be various organized sporting events, rowing contests, etc. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
You might also want to sunbathe on comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. You can enjoy the swimming pools, and for the young ones, a children’s pool is available.

After describing all of this, we would like to add the fact that the resort has a specially arranged beach. But, if you enjoy listening to the sound of the wind and water, the best choice would be lakeside for relaxation and a perfect tan, or, why not go camping!
The capital of Iasi county, Iasi is just 2 km away and certainly worth a visit.
The second largest Romanian city, after Bucharest, Iaşi is the economic, cultural and academic center of the Moldavia region. The city boasts the oldest Romanian university which accommodates over 60,000 students annually in 5 public and 3 private universities. It is home to more than 50 churches and hosts 5 cultural centers: British, French, German, Latin American & Caribbean and Hellenic. Cultural life gravitates around the National Theater (the oldest in Romania), the Opera House, the Iaşi State Philharmonic, the Tătăraşi Atheneum, a famous botanical garden (the oldest and largest in Romania), the Central University Library (the oldest in Romania), an array of museums and memorial houses, an independent theater and several student organizations.
We should also mention the medical tourism in the area, which is a growing concept whereby people from all over the world come to Romania for their medical needs, such as cosmetic surgery, gynecology, geriatric services and dental care.

Per appartement zijn maximaal 2 huisdieren toegestaan.

Skispullen kunnen opgeborgen worden in de kelder van het appartement.

Het Aquaworld zwemparadijs is voor u gratis toegankelijk in het hoogseizoen vanaf 16.00 uur en in het laagseizoen vanaf 14.00 uur. De wettelijke toegestane capaciteit bedraagt 91 personen. In de maand november is het binnenzwembad gesloten.

Na ontvangst van de reisdocumenten en adresgegevens van uw verblijf kunt u bij de receptie van het park skimateriaal bestellen en/of inschrijven voor de skischool.

Een handdoekenpakket bestaat uit: 1 x een grote handdoek, 1 x een kleine handdoek, 1 x een washand en 1x een badmat per badkamer.

Een keukendoekenpakket bestaat uit: 2 x een theedoek en 1 x een handdoek.

Boodschappenpakket 1 (bij boeking reserveren) bestaat uit: broodjes, boter, kaas, koffie, thee, koffiemelk, suiker, koffiefilters, eieren, jam en jus d'orange.

Boodschappenpakket 2 (bij boeking reserveren) bestaat uit: dezelfde inhoud als pakket 1, aangevuld met 2 flesjes bier, fles frisdrank, chocolade, chips, spaghetti, spaghettisaus, crackers en een Frans kaasje.

U kunt bij boeking voorkeur aangeven voor appartementen naast elkaar (wanneer u met bijv. 2 groepen komt), dicht bij de skilift, e.d. Als dat verzoek kan worden ingewilligd, wordt u 12,50 € extra in rekening gebracht.

Een kindvriendelijk appartement is voorzien van 1 kinderbed, 1 box, 1 kinderstoel, fornuisbescherming, klein tafeltje met twee stoeltjes, kist met speelgoed, opstapje (voor bij de wastafel, etc.), stopcontactbeveiliging en raambeveiliging (daar waar nodig), kinderservies en bestek, hekjes aan de trappen (boven en beneden). Wegens beperkte beschikbaarheid uitsluitend op aanvraag. Toeslag: 12,50 € per reservering.
