Once you approach Hof van Salland you will be surprised as you look around. Is this the Netherlands? The Sallandse Heuvelrug is worthy of its name. The beautiful rolling hills with dense forests and moorland ensure that you will be in a whole other world. 

The brand new holiday resort of Hof van Salland fits perfectly with the beautiful surroundings. The holiday resort is spacious and well-equipped including a tennis court and restaurant which is open the entire day from breakfast to dinner. Savor a good glass of wine at the end of the day. What immediately strikes you about the luxury homes of Hof van Salland is their typical Twente-Saxon style, which gives a truly peaceful rural feeling to them. Hof van Salland is a park under construction thus not all of its center amenities are available and not all of its homes are ready. The management of the park will do everything in its power to prevent possible disruption of your peaceful holiday.

Hof van Salland is a fireworks free park.

 

On the ground floor of this luxurious detached house you will find the entrance and a separate toilet. The spacious living room has a fireplace and French doors which open onto a beautifully landscaped patio / garden. Spacious and luxurious kitchen, with luxury appliances such as microwave oven, wok burner, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both furnished with 1 double bed. The two bathrooms both have a bathtub and sink. There is also a storage room.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. There is also a third and fourth bathroom, both with shower, sink and toilet.

The house has underfloor heating. There are at least two flat screen TVs a.o. in the living room and bedroom.

The house has a garden with garden furniture and a parasol. There is parking for two cars at the Wilgenhaege.

Preferences available to book:
- traditional sauna for 4 persons.

Take a long walk through the area of the unique Lemelerberg, or enjoy a bike ride along the old and characteristic Overijssels Canal or the IJssel. Within a radius of 15 km you will find many attractive villages to visit, including Ommen, Raalte, Heino, Hellendoorn and Nijverdal. If you long for even more activity, then a day at Hellendoorn Adventure Park is a must!

There is an ATM present at the reception. It is not possible to use credit cards. Notes of €200.00 and €500.00 are not accepted in the park.
You are required to rent bed linen.
If you have reserved a crib, linen is not available. We ask that you please bring your own.
Hand and tea towels can be brought from home or you can rent them at the reception. A bath towel set consists of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. The kitchen linen set consists of 1 kitchen towel and 1 hand towel.
Overnight visitors must be registered at the reception desk and all necessary taxes and the linen fee must be paid.
If you bring a dog you are not allowed to leave it alone in the rented property because of possible damage to the furniture. You are not allowed to leave your dog alone in a dog crate because of the possibility of your pet making noise.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, damage to personal property or personal injury incurred during your stay at Hof van Salland.
If you have any post forwarded, please specify the correct address, namely Hof van Salland, so your post will arrive timely. If you specify the address of Tour Operator we cannot guarantee that your mail will arrive at your holiday accommodation on time.
Hof van Salland is a park in development (under construction). The manager of the park will try to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

We have not yet finalized all the planned facilities. The reception, bike rental, tennis court, restaurant / Grand Café with outdoor terrace, and heated outdoor pool are ready. The Wellness Centre is not ready yet.
- All apartments have a luxurious Illy coffee maker. Cans of coffee capsules are available at the reception.
- There is internet in the accommodations.

Saturday 24 December (Christmas eve): 12:00 - 17:00 Lunch
Sunday 25 December (First Christmas day): 12:00 - No closing time Christmas dinner.
Monday 26 December (Second Christmas day): 12:00 - No closing time Christmas dinner.
Between 27 December and 30 December: 12:00 - 21:00 lunch and a la carte
Saturday 31 December: 12:00 - 16:00 lunch

Sunday 01 January (New Years day): 15:00 - no closing time, a la carte and new years drink.
2nd of January and the 5th until the 8th of January: 12:00 21:00 lunch and a la carte.
On the 3rd, 4th and between the 9th of January and the 22nd of January the restaurant is closed.
