Description

This apartment is suitable for max. three persons and has a colour TV (with several Dutch commercial channels: RTL4, SBS6), coffee-machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and 2 / 4 hot-plates and a terrace with furniture. Furthermore there is a bathroom with standard equipment: toilet, wash-hand stand and bathtub. This type A accommodation is a studio, i.e. you have one living-/bedroom. Here are two single beds and a sleeping-couch. The beds have blankets and pillows. Heating by way of electric radiators. The furnishment may vary according to apartment. This apartment for 2 persons is situated on a park in the town of Hosingen at ca. 500m altitude between the picturesque towns Clervaux and Vianden (15 km.) The park lies at the border of a large natural reserve, where you can walk several routes through beautiful surroundings. Not without reason Luxemburg is known as the green heart of Europe. Many rivers and brooks flow through this region, with its plentiful forests, fields, vineyard mountains and breathtaking landscapes. In case of snowfall cross-country skiing is possible right behind the park. The park has the following facilities: reception, tennis-court, midget-gof, table-tennis, playground, swimming-pool with a separate children's pool, (opened May-September and heated with solar energy), and a bar/restaurant (regularly opened in July and August). The possibilities in the vicinity are almost unlimited: cycling, climbing, water-skiing, canoeing, sailing, surfing, camping, golf, tennis, horse-back riding, swimming, angling, thermal bathing, and casino, theater, concerts and musea…. . A varying offer. Luxemburg is a hilly country, with large forests, beautiful rivers and river valleys. All the towns have their particular charm. The picuresque towns lie in the valley on the banks of one of the many rivers. Some of them have a historic fortress. The spurs of the Ardennes reach into the northern Oesling region. At the German border lies the Luxemburg-German nature reserve and natural area Upper-Sûre. The southern part, Gutland, is mainly agricultural and in the southernmost part lies the Minette with several industrial monuments dating from the age of metal ore mining. At the French border lies the health resort Mondorf-Les-Bains. From Hosingen it is possible to undertake excursions to Echternach, Clervaux, Vianden, Luxemburg town and the Belgian Ardennes. At night it is worth while admiring the floodlit castles of Clervaux and Vianden. The Müllerthal and Beaufort are an absolute must!

Die Kosten für Gas, Wasser und Licht betragen € 25 bei einer Wochenreservierung und € 15 bei einem Wochenende oder Kurzurlaub. Diese Kosten müssen vorort bezahlt werden und wird nicht in der Reservierungsübersicht aufgezählt. Am Tag Ihrer Anreise werden Ihnen die Parkregeln ausgehändigt. Sie werden gebeten sich an diese Regeln zu halten. Es ist erlaubt um, nach Vereinbarung, max. 1 Haustier mitzunehmen. Die Kosten dafür betragen € 5.- pro Tag.
