During your holiday at this residence you can relax and unwind, enjoy a carefree holiday, unwind in the garden, in the large solarium at the swimming pool and in the jacuzzi. Amid the natural atmosphere of the Gargano National Park, the residence Gargano is built in a traditional farmhouse style. It is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, in the diverse gardens at the house. These create an enchanting, relaxing and comfortable environment for the guests to be in complete harmony with the surrounding area.

The recently-built "Country Little Villas" belonging to the “I Tesori del Sud” (= The Treasures of the South”) residence can accommodate up to 6 persons. They are also built in the terraced style.
 


The villas consist of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room.

Luxurious amenities are available: flat screen TV, shower with hydramassage, hair dryer, air-conditioning, well-equipped covered outdoor veranda, and a garden with barbecue for your summer evenings.

These apartments, situated near the sea of the Gargano area, and at the same time not far from the lively heart of the town, make the Residence Vieste an ideal solution for all types of holidaymakers. Thanks to its strategic location, within the Gargano National Park, Residence Vieste makes an excellent starting point for excursions like hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking. In addition, our residence has an agreement with a nearby riding school that offers riding tours on horseback into the woods of the Gargano area, and with an agency for Jeep and Quad tours to discover the Gargano and the Foresta Umbra via exciting trips. Furthermore, from the port of Vieste, which is just a ten minutes' drive from the residence, you can take boat trips to: the sea caves of Vieste; various resorts all along the southern coast, from Vieste to Mattina (Bay of Zagare); or the Tremiti Islands of the Gargano area. The more adventurous can hire a boat and enjoy the coast and caves of the Gargano in complete freedom.

Included in the price:

Parking; consumption of electricity, water and gas; air-conditioning; satellite TV; private garden with barbecue and sunbeds; use of the common swimming pool, washing machines, Internet WI-FI in the pool area and bar, safe and phon in the apartment, bicycles, 2 children's play parks, parking space.

Not included:

- Bed linen and towels: upon request, € 10.00 per person.
- Cleaning: Mono / Bilo € 35.00, Trilo / Villetta Country € 40.00 – Kitchenette excluded.
- Service Kit Light Baby comfort: 40 euro / week. It includes cot, high chair. To be requested at time of booking.
- Service Kit Full Baby comfort: 80 euro / week. It includes cot, high chair, baby bath and stroller. To be requested at time of booking.
- Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1 per day per adult. Children under 14 are not required to pay any tax.
- Full board: € 40/person/day (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner; no drinks). Children 2-10 years old: -50%, 12-16 years old: -30%. 
- Half board: 24 Eur/pers/day (drinks are not included). Babies 0-2 years old: free of charge, children 2-10 years old: -50%, 12-16 years old: -30%. 
- Pets (small size, max:2) : € 50/animal. Pets must be kept on a leash when in the residence property. Not permitted around the swimming pool, bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
- Breakfast: € 5,50/person/day
